IIPR rose bout 2 pts &

reached a new, yearly high of 118 today. It keeps grinding higher with no signs of a top. Stock has almost tripled from Mar 23rd low of 40 1/4. Next gap to fill is near 130. Dividend to be declared in about 4 wks which is expected to be raised due to xlnt FFO just reported: my guess is a hike from 1.06/qtr to 1.10-1.15/qtr. We shall see...
