Profit taking & mkt selloff
today caused IIPR to drop 3 pts today but uptrend remains intact for IIPR & other growth stocks & the Nasdaq, both of which are consolidating lower after huge runups since Mar 23. Fully expect IIPR to rally into the 120's in tbe next few wks & in about 4 wks IIPR hikes dividend, imo. Other growth stocks may turn back up & lead the mkt much higher, e.g. FSLY DDOG NET LVGO TDOC OTRK PING MTBC & FAANG+M, and some riskier ones such as PW DRIO CVLB NEPT AGEEF may see big moves as well. Rotation into Value stocks may give way to growth stocks starting in the next several days, or both may do well if breadth imprives so the S&P 500 can rally above its ATHs by a large margin.
