And the US and British agreement today has no bearing at all on CDN bio-techs. It's actually better, because if the Genomic map is made public then every CDN company can produce the medicine needed to cure diseases based on the Gene map.
The bio-tech sub-index will be volatile for a while as investors start to understand all the implications of todays announcement.
If you are holding a couple of bio-techs in your portfolio you should keep the ones you think will be around in 5 years and if possible already have an income. Any that you think of as risky, and as pure speculation you might want to rethink holding them. Good luck with your investments.
