Though it may go unnoticed by most, the appointment of Kuvalanka to the IMV board can be considered a significant swing in the going forward business plan.  Up until now the investors have been a secondary thought to both management and certainly the board.  Company valuation has meant little to Andy Sheldon and other board members though their compensation is greatly unwarranted.

'if the company has developed a commercial product with proper market valuations, then it's time bringing a senior executive like Kuvalanka and redesigning a going forward strategy is imperative.  Current management is lost when it comes to IR and PR with weak skill sets in place.

Lets see how the next couple of months develop but speaking for myself personally, I won't be voting for many of the current board members especially Mr Sheldon.
