What to say...Now it is time just to expect that they work hard and achieve the best possible outcome. The drug works, that's a reality (the mOS of Elahere, announced in ovarian yesterday, is 16'45 months in Fra-high patients -40% of the total-, DPX showed 19'9 months in the 100% -no biomarkers). It's just stupid to let fall this product. And probably the whole stage one of VITALIZE is fully enrolled and they have access to results in real time, that they can use to negotiate. In the press release of the 1st of May and in the Affidavit he presented to the court he repeated he word "all" when mentioning the interest of shakeholders (shareholders detailed among them in the Affidavit). Of course there is room for everything to happen, and it is almost sure that whatever comes will be painful (extremely or less) for shareholders. But we are just on the hands of the capacity of the management team to deal with a situstion only them know sbout properly. Their success (giving them confidence and believing in their words) is ours.
