12 with <5 cm. lesion size:
PR (>30% reduction): 4 (33'3%)
SD (between <30% reduction and < 20% increase) : 6 (50% -4 achieved < 30% reduction).
DCR: 10 (83'3%)
20 with >5 cm. lesion size:
PR: 1 (5%)
SD: 12 (60%)
DCR: 13 (65%)
Importantly: Clinical responses reached more than two years (surpassing progression-free interval of previous chemotherapy); Epacadostat dose is irrelevant.
For the whole 32:
PR: 5 (15'6%)
SD: 18 (56'3%)
DCR: 23 (72%)
Even for the whole population is pretty good...
