Management is 100% to blame
Management is 100% to blameif not hold them accountable then who? Poorly timed financing, gross over spending has lead to a loss in shareholder confidence!
In the latest AGM circular they are looking to increase Chairman and Director compensation by 70% in the coming year. With compensations for CEO, CFO and CMO total compensation having increased 230%, 62% and 91% respectively from 2017 to 2018. Also Joe Sullivan's total compensation was a whopping $743,943!!!
What the heck are we paying these guys for? Share price has been cut in half since last year while managment has been milking the barn!
Ecourage all investors to vote against any increases in compensation or stock options.
Personally I would like to see some heads roll
