Possibility of new stocks sold?

Possibility of new stocks sold?Looking at the big difference in volume between USA (3.300.000) and CAD (940.000). Can it be the result of new stocks sold following the A-T-M facility in USA? This could explain why the price fell in the middle of the session. Anyone that can answer this?
