Qwerty, in a normal situation,I would agree with your comments.However,the urgency created by the pandemic is far from the ordinary and the Bureaucracy should adjust accordingly.If the CTA was submitted on or before Aug.4th, then a review and any Q&A sessions should be addressed quickly and hasten the process to at least half the normal time.
Frustration is probably getting to me and I don't think the government has a "warp speed" button even in these times of Covid,but I hope they can somehow prove me wrong and get us approved this week.
