This article expands on managments poor performance but also comments on share price history, nepotism, future dilution, and management compensation.

Management needs to get on track - they have a legal and moral obligation to drive this company to greater heights. We have the science, why can't the company deliver on the business side? Hopefully no excuses during the AGM, but rather honesty, accountability, and a strategic plan. Let's hope someone is willing to be forthcoming, and have a constructive conversion so we can get this back on track.

Regarding Covid, IMV's claim that delays are because of Health Canada just doesnt add up. Other companies with similar technologies have gotten approval in Canada. At the very least, present the data from preclinical work at the AGM so we know the company has done something on Covid.

Also, should Fred Ors be on the board? Seems like a conflict of interest. Thoughts?
