2/3The first deadline is passed. I presume if there is no intertest, they would have to issue a press release stating such. If they have a preliminary SISP do they have to disclose it? Calandra indicates that a 2/3 majority vote is required. Anyone know if this is true? If they plan to kill the value of the stock, shareholders would vote no. That must give some kind of incentive to go high. Comments?
