2010 agreement between Merck and IMV. 

Seems the indicate a clause around bankruptcy... in that Merck would retain rights. 


Mav was never owned by IMV... had been granted development rights from Merck...
along with commercialization rights if it progressed... bankruptcy seemed to negate all of that. 


if MAV works... how convenient for Merck
