how does company's IR deal with destructive meme culture? how does IR continue to attract new strong longs/institutions when garbage days happen and imv appears to lose message control.

While I've only had the pleasure of being around IMV for 18 months, I'll say  their own culture is far more destructive then any meme type culture. Those issues are gravity, but what they could start doing to attract longs is hold to their commitments, be honest when things fall a part and don't make ridiculous comments about 'teasing' on potential deals during an Q3

And add to the culture talk - while a CEO can change the culture, that alone isn't a fix. Their flippidness with dates and commits and investor relations appear to be an issue beyond my 18 months and point to an organizational issue... that will require someone with vision and a plan.

It always starts with management, management, management! I don't care what kind of mouse trap you have, if the management is no good it doesn't matter. Unfortunately for IMV and investors they let the fox into the hen house ( Fred ) and now we see the results. It's that simple. Now we sit and wait and hope that they can get this company back on track. Gardy
