No Transparency
Seems very suspect too have this stock more than double in a couple of weeks.Not one word from management until today's PR.I for one,was left with the impression that something big and positive was taken place and they couldn't comment because of ongoing discussions.Seens that they were leading us down this path with their lack of transparency.I called IR at least three times hoping to gain some insight,left messages but no callback.
Can we take any legal action or would it be just blowing in the wind?

It's over, they can't tell someone thst the compagnie idn't doing well before the market . We'll se in a few week/months how many cents we will receive for tax loss...
