Legal action (?)
I don't think anything is going to be done since none of us are willing to shell out the time/money needed for a lawyer or pursuing legal action. There doesn't seem to be a class-action suit or anything so not sure if there's any plausible chance we can get anything out of the scammer management - despite all of the egregious evidence Breakthrough has pointed out here.

I personally was invested in the Canadian ticker for this so the CSA would be the relevant body here (though unlike the SEC, I've quite literally never heard of the CSA doing anything before)
