RE:RE:RE:Optimists opportunityjust unfortunate timing of the NCIB - buying shares at a higher price for cancellation.  Terrible situation in the Ukraine - but exposure to this area is very limited.  Its a great buy at these levels

   As far as ING involvement in Russia it is my understanding that of the 600 billion in loans only 5% is in Russia. 6 billion more than anyone would want to see for sure, but not cripling IMO, and given that they have the highest reserves of any European bank I think the market has over punished. I have bought more at these prices and have no fear of the div. My heart goes out to the valliant people of the Ukraine, but everyone wants an end to this so they will no doubt find a way to justify a normalization of Euro/ Russian relations. Cynical? Yes, but based on experience.
