NASDAQ listing price 4 USD
only another 10% and they will be around 4 Usd, the threshold for listing. Doesn't look like they will be successful in the uplist. If they are on the cutoff, will they offer shares for 3USD for the 12 million causing dilution of 78%?? Also if they don't uplist a pp will happen to dilute again atleast 50% to existing shareholders
