The initial La Cigarra resource profile was done using a 30 g/t silver cut-off grade ($29 silver price). This resulted in total silver (only) resource of 54 million (50M Measured & Indicated and 4M Inferred). That provides an M&I silver grade of 76 g/t silver. Using a 50 g/t cut-off grade (relating to a substantially lower silver price) translate to the initial resource being only 10 million silver ounces lower. That still leaves us with 44 million silver ounces (41M M&I and 3M Inferred). This move increases the M&I silver grade to 100 g/t (from 76 g/t). The new resource added to the next resource update report will partly offset this 10 million (or so) silver ounce adjustment from changing cut-off grade/reduction in silver price. For future overall resource growth we will need to rely on exploration successes at La Colorada Zone, Ram Zone, La Navidad Zone and the next 500-700m extension directly south of the Las Carolinas Zone. We might also get a couple/few million inferred ounces at La Borracha Zone from very limited 2011-2012 drilling.
