Ram Zone
Ram Zone
It looks very positive: 1) 900m length with zone width varying from 50 to 300m - still open to the north, south and at depth. 2) Nice surface trench, nice underground confirmation and potentially continuation from surface - an adit is typically done through the sides of the hill/mountain at depth, thus it provides some perspective of what the mineralization looks like underground. The trench results are from the surface, from dug out trenches (samples taken from along the trench wall). Results of 67.3 g/t Ag over 35.45m on surface and 554.8 g/t Ag over 33.50m below at depth represents very positive results. The fact that they dug the trench perpendicular (90 degree angle) to the underground adit result could (potentially) suggest that they were able to connect with the same vein and stockwork mineralized body from the surface to the underground (the structure dips down to the west at depth). This type of (trenching/underground adit exploration) result is far more informative than just a typical soil or surface grab rock sampling program. 3) Room to be lengthier - let`s hope it continues along the path of La Cigarra`s main body, like a fuller parallel body. 4) Follow-up - ``Northair crews are excavating three additional trenches and eight sample pits along the strike to expose bedrock in areas where previous soil sampling yielded highly anomalous silver values. This work is designed to determine the extent of the targets strike extension in both directions from Trench #1.``
