it also seems that by brining on ceo that did a reverse takeover and some building experience  northair added a new dimension to  freds  only exit strategy -a buyout---rick rule once bought into northair in pp -if he does again it will sure bring some attention---but 30mill with warrants up to 60 mill will put coeur on its back heels if excluded from pp-
