A few insiders subscribed to the PP

A few insiders subscribed to the PP
The TSX Venture Daily Bulletins report was issued this evening, which included the TSX Venture approval of Northair`s PP. As usual, it included a little bit of details. In total, there were 108 placees. With regards to insiders, the primary insider subscribing to the PP is a group called ``Silver Teal, LP``. I think they might be a pooled asset group, but I really don`t know anything about them. Also, I don`t know which company insider (if any) they are associated with, to enable them to be officially classified as insiders. Silver Teal, LP`s subscription was for 12,600,000 of the 39,995,000 common shares issued for the PP. Also, Condire Resource Partners, LP took up 2,120,000 shares and Condire Resource Opportunity Fund, LP took up 530,000 shares. I think those 2 groups might be affiliated with Silver Teal, LP also, but perhaps within different funds. Brenda Nowak (Northair`s Corp. Secretary) subscribed to 50,000 shares. Andrea Zaradic (Northair`s new President and CEO) subscribed to 500,000 shares. Maurice Tagami (new Northair Director) subscribed to 200,000 shares. Of note, although the finders` was only $73,000 in total, $35,000 of that was paid to Sprott Global Resource Investments Ltd.
