A few observations

A few observations
1) PULL-APART BASINS (PAB) at several locations on the property - postulated by new management (see both Corp Presentation document and CEO`s webcast presentation for details). This has both mid-term and long-term game changer potential for the project - possibility of 5 PAB areas on the property with the current explored La Cigarra area being only the first. Mineralization in some parts of some of the other PAB areas could be residing under overburden thus may not be as easily observed from the surface via outcrops, soil samples, rock samples and such. The exploration efforts (currently) are almost entirely focused on the PAB triangle area of the initial area. 2) La Borracha Zone - it looks like next steps for this zone is resource definition as oppose to drilling. I had drilled 11 wide (shallow) holes initially. It will likely only be an Inferred resource definition. I`m glad they don`t appear to be spending time and money drilling this zone near-term. There are way too many bigger fish to catch right now. Dollars and efforts should be spent on all of those significant upside zones. 3) 390m connection - I have always felt that La Navidad and San Gregorio could be connected (perhaps underneath a bit of overburden), based on limited pieces of available info. Pg 17 of the Corp Presentation has a 390m line going between the 2 zones (perhaps suggesting they might test for a possible 390m east-west striking body). 4) 230m connection - something similar could be worth testing between La Navidad and Las Carolinas. 5) RAM Zone - potential for 1.5 km strike length, with at least 1 high grade zone of course (as demonstrated by both surface trend results and underground wall sampling) - possibilities for other high grade zones along the 1.5km stretch. 6) 900m between Las Carolinas and Las Venadas - per the pg 17 map, both current drilling and planned drilling is heavy along this stretch. Good success along this path can give us another 900m of mineralization. 7) 2km between Las Venadas and Las Chinas - they are only putting in 2 test holes at Las Chinas to see what we have here. The current focus is in the triangle area of the original PAB. 8) Below current 43-101 resource along the 2.1km stretch - I expect for us to add 7 - 10 million silver ounces. This area was drilled successfully by Northair before (prior to the initial resource calc.) but needed additional drilling to bring into 43-101. Personally, I believe many of these new ounces will also be open pittable, thus likely no need for an underground design as yet. 9) Gold Zone - located to the west of RAM zone. They mentioned only a little bit about the Au Zone in the past. It looks like it`s still a go, and has become prominent. 10) They are thinking that La Cigarra has potential to become one of the top 10 primary silver producers in the world. 11) Their aim for La Cigarra is to realize potential to be 5-6 million ounce per year primary silver mine with 10+ year mine life. 12) They are still focused on increasing current resource to 100+ ounces of silver. I think this target is from the initial area. Once they reach this goal, we will need to start discussing other stretch target possibilities from discoveries outside of this initial area, especially as they begin working the other potential PAB areas. 13) They are holding back work on the PEA until a updated resource estimate with current round of drilling. I`m glad to see this, as going forward with a PEA at this stage didn`t make sense to me.
