Yikes!  I wasn't trying to "stir the Pot" with my question. LOL!  I'm not a lawyer and there has been various amendments to Ontario's legislation.  It was a legitimate question.  Various provinces are treating this differently.  There was also amendments to the Ontario Act deleting sections, replacing certain portions and amending some sections to replace the OCS with "authorized cannabis retailler".  I am not an expert on law.  I was simply excited by the announcement today as an investor and asking what I thought was a fair question.  I was trying to read through amendments and understand which sections applied to the "authorized cannabis retailer" and which don't.  Listening simply to a news bite is no way to be informed.  For example,  many news outlets earlier on said there was no way for any of the lottery winners to build agreements/arrangements such as this legally.
