RE: something doesn't add up here.....Sounds logical snrkid but the devil is in the legal details that we're not privvy to at the moment.  When they PR'd your quote they may have believed it to be true only to find out otherwise later on.  I'm on the fence on this issue though so I would not be surprised in the least if you had it right.
