Come on antoninus get real.  It is not IR's job to line up a bunch of buy orders and in fact if they do then they are guilty of insider trading.  You mentioned earlier that you had seen Foster's act up close and since I have always thought that you were most likely a disgruntled former employee I am not surprised.
