Using the 2012 management information circular as a birdcage liner, notice that DIRECTOR Prakash Gowd, is listed as Beneficially owning, controlling or directing all of 100,000 Shares. On the QUOTEMEDIA site, under Insiders, a Prakash Gowd is shown to have accumulated 650,000 shares from 2 / 18 /11. to 8 / 03 /11. 550,000 in August 2011, 50,000 on 28 february, 40,000 on 24 february, and 10,000 on february 18 , all in the 2011. ( cash outlay of $101,450 ) Total compensation received by Mr. Gowd for Directorial duties was $86,515. There is obviously, a discrepancy between the ISA circular and the QUOTEMEDIA site, probably , just another 'unresolved issue".
