To All new investors who want to loose money on this shitstock. Remember CEO has failed to deliver on his promises for last two years. He also sold all his stocks in May of 2021, after a fake pump. His dump was announced after over the weekend halt. Also there is no trace that he bought any shares back even that an SP is more than 7X lower that when he sold.

It's obvious that he wants the sp to be at min to do a financing for his buddies to profit to the max.

He is a scammer, so since company is running out of money he will try to pull some scam to convince more naive inviting give him more money. That is why he is hiring those has beens to prop up this shitstock.
