I know I mentioned this when TD bought a bunch about a month ago at the same price, I was saying that it was him last year that brought it from the low to about 0.30, almost by himself. I believe it was SI at the time, because he was the one that also brought it back down to about 0.10 from the 0.60 highs.
Not saying it's him again, but could be an insider preparing to????
