Imperus Technologies Announces Beginning of Board of Director Renewal TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct. 5, 2015) - IMPERUS Technologies Corp. Tito Gandhi and Daniel Kajouie will retire from the Board of Directors of the Company effective immediately. It is expected that two new fully independent Directors will be appointed shortly after the closing of the Akamon acquisition, which is expected to occur on or before November 16, 2015.
