RE:Dilution!!!! chart paints a perfect picture

RE:Dilution!!!! chart paints a perfect pictureOkay Gerald, let's say I agree with you and dilution occurs. Let's say they raise more money with a private placement, to help pay off some debts coming due.

But let's say....the PP is done @ .12-15 cents a share?

Then what would you say then? I've recently been in a stock that was trading at .25 cents and a major investor came in and did a PP at .45 cents. The stock within weeks took off above .45 cents. They did it way higher than market price because the investor knew it was undervalued.

Do you honestly believe this company is only worth $12 million... with this company generating $40 Million in revenue per year and positive EBTIDA?

Sure...they got debt......but they are in an industry where customer data is sometimes worth more than the revenue they earn by monetizing their games. That data is super valuable. And because of that value, this industry is consolidating and this little company could be snatched up by a bigger player like nothing. And the reason would be because of this low share price. It's enough bait to have some come in and snatch it up....just for that customer data alone.

So tell me Gerald....tell me why this stock is overvalued. Give me a specific reason or two. Because I just gave you my reason as to why it's undervalued.

Gerald? Your turn.
