RE:Asked Spyros to clarify Ralph Garcia's debt deal comments Okay so his response is fair. They can't say anything. But again, as stated in their earnings release....I like this part the best:
Management is in specific discussions with a number of parties regarding potential strategic and financial transactions, and is evaluating these opportunities in partnership with TEC as a top priority.
Someone is going to come in and give it an equity boost......ya, it may dilute us further, but it will inject cash into us.....that's my thinking....it will be good for us and if they do a Private Placement it should be done at higher than current market prices.
