RE:RE:RE:RE:Not Happy, but should we panic?For mgmt to be considering it at the June mtg and not putting it on the agenda for a vote proves Lanthier is incompetent.....the bozo must have thought the stock would magically appreciate rapidly  just like when the loan was renegotiated the first time with the $14 million US payment being delayed only a few months....these guys always think the market will wake up any day now and value the co. appropriately....next mtg I vote Lanthier out!
