James lanthier...So let me get this straight...He is brought in because he is a "acquisition and merger specialist"....he is paid 400k per year for 3 years for a total of 1.2 million to get us bought out for 4.7 million.....now theres a deal.... a guy claims to have been in blackout forever. throw in the presidents 400k a year and that's 800K a year for 2 guys for a small micro cap company.WTF?
