Just had a thought: with the number of shares issued and more issued to finance the Akamon deal, the company might consider consolidating, any comments?

Not needed to get financing done...not needed to uplist to TSX....desirable to get a Nasdaq listing, someday.....desirable to get share price to a level that attracts institutional investors.

I agree with you willis. To me, this time around appears to be different and there is probably a reason why it has been so quiet. Not to say there isn't a chance of an extension but it seems to me that this aquisition will be different that the last gogng show that we all experienced. We won't know until we know and all we can do is sit tight which seems to be the same sond played over and

Was disapointed with this co, but they are turning the corner with more seasoned ppl in key positions. This is dead money for awhile, most likely rest of this year and i would not expect much until after q1 2016. They'll do whatever to close then announce some appointments. About consolidation. Not sure I agree with you BKBoy on the dead money. It will be until the outcome of this deal. Great buying opp. I have been buying of this dip adding to my position. If the sp doesn't move to 20 or 30 cents once its closes I will be shocked. All we can is wait to see the outcome

I think you either misinterpreted what I said or you were not here last yr. I'm just going based on history, as it would not surprise me if this gets extended again and/or a pp is done which may cause the sp to stagnate if not decrease. It may not happen but the parameters have changed since their initial announcement. They have this, the final diwip payment and additional team members to

We are on the same page. CHeck your email. I have been in this for along time my friend. Only time will tell. If it gets extended we are all screwed and hopefully we all have extra powder as this will hit bad single digits! I won't be happy about that.

Glad you know the story, but I believe otherwise, since this short turn hurt will be that.
