RE:Newsrooms nov 21,22Overall positive progress being made to garner partnerships in development and utilization of our new tech while trying to minimize expenditures by ISign in doing so. Have to believe lack of funds are limiting our ability to expedite any one initiative as fund raising, via pp or debenture, does not seem to be within this managements current capacity or ability to execute. Partnerships should add increased incentive and commitment for success by more individuals and company's, with their vested interests, which should be a positive. Would have liked to see more info on funding and Florida pilot but satisfied with steady progress moving forward. GLTAL
