Warrants are common when doing a PP...in this case the people that put up money are happy with .75cents and no warrants...this is very good for ICT,no dillution later.
Much of the selling now could be all them PP's they did at the beginng of the year at .15 with warrants...selling at a buck is good money for them but I'm sure they keeping most for ride to 2-3 dollars.
Most that bought into this at .15 knew what they were getting into...they liked what they saw...just like the last round of finacing Dec09 at .75 must of liked what they were shown...
The spike to 1.30 last week tells me something happening behind the scene and it must be good news...stocks don't just spike 30%...
