Mr. Debono has also been elected as chairman of the board of directors, succeeding Tom Mitchell in both roles.In a statement about the transition, Mr. Mitchell said: "I am very happy that Terry has accepted the position as chief executive officer and chairman, which will allow me to devote my full focus and attention to ISee3D's research team. I have been emphatic since I stepped into the role of chairman and chief executive officer that it was on an interim basis until we could find a good match for the position, and Terry is a fantastic choice."Mr. Debono has been involved as a senior executive in the advertising, television production, broadcasting and gaming industries for over 30 years. Most recently, he has channelled his energies into the Debono Group, where he has provided consulting and management services to governments, regulators, media and telecommunication groups involved in the finance, operation, distribution, regulation and commercialization of gaming and entertainment industries.
