I read it. "Active Witness" was founded in 2011. Perhaps thats why there is no record of this comapny in Canada. Sounds very suspicious to me. But we will have to see what happens. The one thing I odnt like is that warrants are good for 0.60 per share with the split that would equal
.046 which isnt a big premium from todays price of
.03. We are getting screwed on this deal. For us to even come close to making our money back the market cap on this company will have to exceed $100 which is not likely to happen.

 

So much for the $9 billion dollar a year endoscopy market for Isee3D lol!
