They said the same thing when Debonehead came on board and all we got is more dilution to pay his rather large salary. Even if Bakshi can turn this into a $90 million dollar company that would value the current shares at around $.20. Nothing to call home about if you ask me.

 

None of you seem to understand what a reverse takeover actually is. This is very suspicious. If Bakshis comapny was so good why couldnt he get regulatory approval to go public istead of taking over a company with over $30 million in debt?
