You're absolutely right about investors' money being "tied up." The process will probably take 2-3 months and I'm fully expecting the stock to be halted until then. And yes, it will take time for investors to become whole. The rest of your arguments are completely off-base. I still don't see any viable options of how to  proceed on our own to commercialization without bankruptcy.
