I would suggest you read the cantech letter as well as Deboneheads letter to shareholders. There is one thing you should understand about investing. Never talk to the management and think you will be gettig a straight answer. Do you think frauds dont exist? Are you that naive?

I'm not saying that ICT management purposively orchastrated a fraud. What I am saying is I do believe they had potential to create a solid company but they did in fact mismanage the money and products and now they have unsuspectingly possibly commited some negligence. Insider trading usually happens like that. Even Maddoff didnt want to screw people he just made a bad business decision and instead of admitting his faults he reverted to a ponzi scheme to hold up his reputation.

And your wrong about the trading. There was plenty of trading before the NR, well relative to ict anyways.

LIke I said. The company mismanaged their finances paying out hefty salaries to executives who have zero experience in the medical industry. I understand financials and I understand that this company has screwed us with the money they borrowed.

YOu clearly have no idea what your talking about. You obviously have an emotional attachment to this company and are incapble of rational thoughts.
