It is clear they mismanaged investors money. Whether it was intentional or not is to be determined. There is clear indications of either fraud or severe mismanagement of funds. Look at the numbers.
I think this reverse takeover will be good for shareholders, but, and a big but, it will only be good compared to todays share price of 3 cents. Those of us who bought in higher than that will get screwed. Debonehead said he beleives Isee3d will e a world class company with tens of millions of dollars in revenue. So why are they being taken over by a company which will not use their technology and any search cannot even find if this company exists.
You people should really not be so credulous. Not all businesses are honest. I had the financial statements of Isee3d reviewed by a professional in accounting and I was told to stay away(unfortunately I had already bought). I was told that they are not properly auditted by an accounting firm. There books are dubious at best and there is no evidence that the financials reported are correct.
Stop being a sheep and be cautious when investing. Never take a companies word for it. Do your own due diligence. And with Isee3d its simple. Look at their financials.
