MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Feb. 10, 2010) - ISee3D Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ICT) today announced that Ichiro Shinkoda, Ph.D., has joined the company as a Senior Systems Engineer. Dr. Shinkoda spent 14 years with Kodak, GCCC (formerly Creo), where he most recently held the position of Principal Physicist/Project Engineer, and was responsible for designing and supporting highly technical optical systems.

His experience in designing, adapting, and exacting optical technology to new applications will allow us to meet the needs and demands of our partners, as we continue to push the technical boundaries and capabilities of single-lens 3D optics," commented Tom Mitchell, P.Eng., ISee3D's Chief Technology Officer. "Furthermore Ichiro's technical and customer support expertise will allow us to extend into additional applications for our 3D technology. Dr. Shinkoda is an industrial physicist with over 14 years experience at designing and supporting complex optical systems. He brings relevant experience in the areas of optical design, optomechanics, optical prototyping, lens and coating testing, production optical jig design, and diagnostics. He has spent the majority of his career with Kodak, GCCC (formerly Creo) where he held a variety of senior engineering and design roles. Dr. Shinkoda received his Ph.D. in Physics from the University of British Columbia.
