ISee3D Retains New York Firm to License Tech Into Healthcare Globally

Friday, May 14, 2010

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 14, 2010) - ISee3D Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ICT) announced today it has retained Scarsdale Equities LLC's healthcare banking team in New York to act as ISee3D's agent to generate non-equity licensing of ISee3D's technology in advanced healthcare and medical applications worldwide.

Scarsdale Equities' healthcare banking specialists, staffed by healthcare professionals, will commence licensing efforts in healthcare and medical fields including, but not limited to, diagnostics, minimally invasive surgery, oncology, ophthalmology and dentistry. The licensing efforts will cover the application of ISee3D technologies in microscopes, colonoscopes, bronchoscopes, endoscopes, arthroscopes, and borescopes.

ISee3D CEO Dwight Romanica said "We believe our technology has the potential for broad acceptance within endoscopy and microscopy. For example, having previously developed and received FDA approval for an endoconverter system to create realistic 3D images for a surgeon to perform minimally invasive surgery, the company is focused on re-introducing the next generation HD version of the technology to endoscope manufacturers worldwide.

ISee3D has adapted its single lens, single camera technology to allow microscopes to work at up to 1,200 times magnification. This microscope initiative is market driven and serves a wide market base in the research sector, where 3D visualization provides a marked improvement over existing systems today.

We believe that the Scarsdale Equities healthcare banking team will greatly assist ISee3D in maximizing market penetration and licensing revenue in worldwide healthcare applications. Key factors in our selection included Scarsdale Equities' market intelligence, access to key potential licenses and understanding of the broad licensing opportunities.

We expect Scarsdale Equities to support the worldwide healthcare applications licensing process generating situations to out-license the technology in a timely manner," concluded Romanica.

Thanks Red. Is ICT ever going to have any revenue coming in? They can put out news releases until they are blue in the face but until  we see some revenue  coming in I think we will be treading water in the 50-60 cent range for the foreseeable future. Lots of hype comes out of the ICT office but they fail to show the results. Getting real frustrated with this stock!!!

Johnny I'm with you, I bought god knows how long ago at 3$ only to see it move to my junk pile. They have lots of fluff but nothing to back it up. Other than losing money every quarter even with their medical application that barely sells. If they and investors think that 3D will shower us with fortunes, might as well start looking at grass grow. Even should they have their technology ready ...more
