Mr. Tom Dalrymple reports

ISEE3D AND DXG TO EXTEND JOINT MARKETING EFFORTS

iSee3D Inc. has extended the terms of its marketing efforts with DXG, one of the fastest growing digital camcorder manufacturers in the United States.

At the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, DXG and iSee3D have agreed to extend their previous marketing agreement (see iSee3D's news release of October 24, 2011) to include a number of new iSee3D technologies designed for use in an expanded range of digital imaging products.

Having previously announced a joint marketing agreement that would include DXG facilitating introductions to manufacturers and developers within the consumer electronics markets, the extended agreement introduces the cooperation of DXG in the development of digital imaging products for consumer and industrial markets.

Under the 2012 expanded joint marketing agreement, iSee3D will utilize DXG's industry expertise and production facilities to streamline the design and development of new products using iSee3D's latest technologies, enabling iSee3D to enter more markets with a broader product offering incorporating complete imaging solutions with DXG's manufacturing capability to support market deployment.

"DXG is a fantastic example of an innovator and leader in the field of consumer electronics, and they will prove to be an invaluable partner in showcasing the unique benefits that iSee3D's single lens 3D capture methods provide," said Terry Debono, iSee3D's Chief Executive Officer.

"We are extremely pleased with this enhanced marketing agreement, and look forward to working much more closely with iSee3D in 2012," said Ray Shih, General Manager of DXG USA.

This is very interesting news.  IT means that they still have a deal with a camera producer but still have to iron out some of the finer points.  What suprises me is the lack of comments on the news.  Lets start some kind of conversation on this page.....does any of the 20 readers of my last post have anything to say?   Cheers please do your due diligence

I didn't comment because the news was pretty much self-explanatory, and lately I've been talking to myself on this board with the occasional disgruntled response. I can't blame shareholders who have taken a beating waiting for something to happen, but I personally like the new management lineup led by Debono, and have bought shares down to .08. Once they can close a revenue producing ...more

Saw the primitive camera several years ago in Vancouver. I was impressed and by all accounts its been tweeked and refined in the interim. Know of several trustworthy individuals who have recently witnessed endoscope demonstrations and all of them were very, very impressed. Before you invest, I would suggest giving the company a call and arranging a "look-see" if possible from a logistics ...more

Terry de Bono is a smart , serious businessman, who is not at ICT just to pout out press releases,BS the investing community,or to create an optical campus  for propellerheads. Terry will reduce expenses and overhead. He will hgire his own people.   He will transfer the outstanding technology to those communities that really need it, like medical, where the margins are also richer ...more
