OTC: ISOLF, Forum) said Tuesday it has signed a convertible debenture financing deal for $25 million with Alumnia Partners.
“The funding support allows us to further enhance our global expansion and move forward on strategic acquisitions,’’ said Isodiol CEO Marcos Agramont.
