In regards to your question on NRs and the affect.  i posted on the page that I was looking at the same thing and I found that all of the news releases are not what makes a stock price move. There were 7 news releases in a 10 day span and 0 all last week.  There was no difference in the last 3 weeks slow walk down.  The NRs are agreements, distribution and acquisitions that will benefit down the road 6 months from now.  So why would the stock price move?  With the private placement set at 1.25 and Right now manipulation shorting and emotional selling is the downward move right now.  
Management can’t comment on insider info or something material upcoming.
im being patient and waiting on the financials.  In the mean time picking up some cheap shares for the way up.
