what you have to understand is all of the great news has been to increase revenues.  We have yet to see what all of the good news from July-sept will have on Oct -Dec. we will see that at the end of this month.
then all the great news impact from Oct-Dec has on Jan-March.   Then all the news from when you joined will have on April -June.  
Give it time to put all the planned execution into action.
