RE:SEARCH TROYS PASTIts true they were charged and pleaded guilty on 5 counts of misdemeanor for false advertising in 2010 and paid $25,500 in fines while running Save Big Liquidators Inc. They basically used false advertising claiming the store was closing in 3 days but it remained open for much longer. I didn't know Jared Berry and Troy Nihart went back that far together, the business was in San Diego. Wow find out something new everyday but for some reason this doesn't shock me. Its not as serious as thought but doesn't help their credibility alot
