RE:i think you guys are inn for a buy outmaybe you're right! but who know, i have 1 question the halt was imposed by IROC ( as per NR)  NOT REQUESTED BY THE COMPANY, HOWEVER IT SAID PENDING NEWS. 

i am wonderig why would IROC impose halt instead of the company requesting it if the situation is (take over, merger, acquisition etc)  by isol 

ANY THOUGHTS WOULD BE APPRECIATED
